With more than 250 exhibits, the Head to Toe Women’s Expo is a one-stop shop for the holidays. Meet Chef Marcela Valladolid, the star of Relatos con Sabor, on Discovery Networks. Valladolid, who is proud to call the San Diego region home, is revolutionizing Mexican cuisine with her Baja Mediterranean style of meal preparation.
