Whispers of Hollywood’s Golden Age combine with live music and “country club style cuisine” at the new Bing Crosby’s Restaurant and Piano Lounge in Fashion Valley Mall near Bloomingdale’s. Owned by Dudum Sport and Entertainment, the San Diego venture marks the restaurant’s third California location. Photos from Bing Crosby’s personal collection pervade the 10,000-square-foot restaurant and lounge, where customers are often serenaded by Bing’s music, as well as period tunes from Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Live jazz, swing and piano music occurs nightly at dinnertime. Doors open daily at 11 a.m.
