Classic and contemporary live jazz pair with splendid blooms at Quail Botanical Gardens for its annual summer concert series, held on the Lawn Garden amid theater-style seating. Internationally acclaimed pianist Rob Mullins brings his namesake trio to the venue on July 20, followed by a concert of multi-national sounds by the San Diego-based Raggle Taggle band on August 17. Each concert features optional gourmet dinners served prior to the shows at 5 p.m., in the intimate Walled Garden. The concerts begin at 5:45 p.m. Dinner-concert packages cost $40 for members and $45 for non-members. Tickets for the concerts only are $20 and $22.
